EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY POLICY
Pete Cook and his companies Remote First Aid and Heng Genting Mountain Adventures are intent on advancing equality and diversity as key features within all its activities, as it believes this to be ethically right and sociably responsible.
Pete Cook belives that excellence will be achieved through recognising the value of every individual. To this end Pete and his companies acknowledge's the following basic rights for every member of the community whether on a course or not:
- to be treated with respect and dignity
- to be treated fairly with regard to all procedures, assessments and choices
- to receive encouragement to reach their full potential
Pete Cook and RFA/HGMA also recognises it's legal responsibilities and will comply with all relevant legislation and best practice at all times.
To this end we also recognise our responsibilities both economically and socially wherever we operate and will undertake to support all local communities as a whole and will encourage all persons who come in to contact with us to support these communities.
